Responsibilities of this position include running/terminating ethernet and coax wire and assisting with the installation of home automation, security and surveillance, access control, and audio systems.

Control4, Savant, and Lutron programming experience is a plus.

You must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and at least 1 year of experience in the AV field or the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

• Installing touch panels, wall plates, ceiling speakers, projectors/screens
• Building out/wiring AV equipment racks
• Maintaining a level of professionalism
• Interacting with the client/customer as needed
• Install audio, video, control systems, video conferencing equipment, etc.
• Rack fabrication
• Pull and terminate a variety of cables
• Read drawings/blueprints
• Service and system maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned
• Configuration of endpoints and infrastructure
• Responsible for identifying defective/failed equipment and providing solutions
• Install software upgrades
• Communicates with management team throughout the day, as it relates to assignments

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week (no remote work)
