Not every problem needs a truck roll. A frozen app, a network hiccup, a lighting scene that stopped firing on schedule — a lot of the issues that come up with a smart home or business system can be diagnosed and often fixed the same day, remotely, by a technician logging securely into your equipment.
What remote support handles
Our technicians can remotely access your network gear, automation processors, and AV equipment to troubleshoot connectivity drops, app or remote issues, unresponsive keypads or touch panels, and minor programming adjustments — often while you’re still on the phone with us. Combined with our Imagine RMM monitoring, we frequently catch and resolve issues before you’d even know something was wrong.
When you still need a technician on-site
Remote support isn’t a replacement for hands-on service — hardware failures, wiring issues, and physical equipment problems still need a technician in the room. What it does is filter out the issues that don’t, so you’re not waiting on a scheduled visit for something we can fix in ten minutes over a secure connection.
Support hours and coverage
Our standard support hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and 24/7 support agreements are available for clients who want afterhours and weekend coverage — ask your account manager about adding one. Remote and on-site support are both included as part of our audio visual maintenance plans.
We provide remote and on-site support for clients throughout Marble Falls, Burnet, Horseshoe Bay, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Waco.
